About the Crest

Crest Byron Bay Information

• Office Hours are from Monday to Friday is 9am to 5pm, Saturday, Sundays & Public holidays 9am to 3pm. Please call if arriving outside of these hours so we can organise your out of office hours key collection and key safe code. PH 02 6680 9500.
• Check in time is 2pm and Check out time is 10am (additional charges may apply if check out is after 10am) For all early check outs, please ensure that your account is settled during office hours the day before.
• The Crest Apartments Byron Bay can also organise porta cot hire, highchairs, stair guard hire and stroller hire (additional charges apply)
• Please note that apartments in our Byron Bay complex are not daily serviced but this can be arranged at additional charge.
• 1BRM Apt sleeps a maximum of 3 adults, all rates quoted are based on 2 adults sharing a queen bed, the 3rd person charge is $45.00 per night, if there are 2 people wanting to use the queen bed and the sofa bed there is just a flat fee of $15 for extra linen, please specify in the notes if you require the use of the sofa bed.
• 2BRM Apt and 2BRM Villa sleep a maximum of 5 adults, all rates quoted are based on 4 people sharing the queen bed and 2 x single beds. A 5th person charge is $45.00 per night, if there are 4 people wanting to use the queen bed, 2 x singles and sofa there is just a flat fee of $15  for extra linen. Please be advised that not all rooms have sofas beds, please specify in the notes if you require the use of a sofa bed.
